1. Purpose of the Calendar Project

The Sponsors4Racing & Pit Lane News Motor Sport Calendar ("the Calendar") is a charitable fundraising project created to raise money for Race Against Dementia (RAD). All proceeds, after production and operational costs, will be donated to Race Against Dementia.

2. Purchasing & Payments

By purchasing the Calendar, the customer agrees that this is primarily a charitable contribution.

Prices are set to cover printing, handling, distribution, and a charitable donation.

All purchases are final once processed.

No refunds will be issued unless required by local consumer law.

3. Photography & Copyright

All images featured in the Calendar remain the copyright of their respective photographers.

Photographers have granted explicit permission for their images to be used in this Calendar only.

Images may not be reproduced, resold, edited, or used commercially by purchasers without written consent from the copyright holder.

4. Branding & Logos

Sponsors4Racing (S4R), Pit Lane News (PLN), and associated brand marks used in the Calendar remain the intellectual property of their respective owners.

No rights or licenses are transferred to the purchaser through purchase of this Calendar.

5. Charitable Donation Transparency

A portion of every sale will be donated to Race Against Dementia.

A public summary of funds raised and donated will be published by PitLane-News.com within a reasonable timeframe after sales conclude.

6. Production & Delivery

Calendars will be printed by an approved production partner.

Delivery times may vary based on location, print volume, and operational factors.

Neither S4R nor PLN are liable for delivery delays caused by postal services or third-party couriers.

7. Liability

The Calendar is provided "as is" without warranties regarding colour accuracy, print variability, or

paper stock variations.

Sponsors4Racing and Pit Lane News accept no responsibility for accidents, injuries, or damages

arising from the use or display of the Calendar.

8. Data Protection & Privacy

Customer information will only be used for order processing and delivery.

Personal data will not be shared with third parties except legally-required services (e.g. shipping

companies).

9. Eventual Changes

Sponsors4Racing and Pit Lane News reserve the right to update or amend these Terms if necessary, with notice given through official channels.
